Personalized designs are adjusted to keep the finished piece balanced and structurally suitable for cutting from steel. Longer names may have smaller letter height, tighter spacing or slightly different proportions than shorter names.

Yes. Use our Custom Design option to send your reference and describe what you want. We review the concept for manufacturability and may adjust details so the artwork can be cut cleanly and remain strong as a single steel piece.

The Custom Design form accepts common reference files such as JPG, PNG, PDF and SVG. A clean, high-contrast reference usually gives us the best starting point.

Personalized and custom-made products are generally final sale because they are produced specifically for you. If we made an error, or the item arrives damaged or defective, contact us so we can review the issue and make it right. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number plus clear photos of the item and shipping packaging. Keep the packaging until we finish reviewing the claim, because the carrier may require it.
